Emma Bernard is a sonic artist, sound designer and musician based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara / Wellington, Aotearoa.

Her practice explores the relationship between sound, place and listening, moving between field recording, environmental sound, electronic composition, sound design and live performance.

She is also the co-founder of electronic-music initiative Tonic, who host events such as gigs, tours, talks and a radio show on MouthfullRadio.
